Trish lives adventure to adventure! She was born in St. Petersburg, Florida and spent summers at Crystal River. As a child she sang in the choir at her Methodist church. Trish then went to school at FSU from 1956-1960. Below is Trish's bio from the Florida State University Alumni Directory.

"I have such fond memories of 1956-1960 at FSU: everyone in the Circus, flying on the trapeze, playing trumpet with the Marching Chiefs, the sisters of Alpha Gam. After getting a BS in Medical Technology, I moved to Atlanta where I worked in pediatric hematology at Grady Hospital. Still wanting to fly, I joined the Georgia Skydivers and made over 100 jumps in the area. I also took up skiing; becoming a charter member of the Atlanta Ski Club in 1964, and a ski patroller at Maggie Valley, NC.
In 1971 my former husband returned from Vietnam, and we moved to Durham, NC where my son Louis was born. I was a docent at the Museum of Life & Science from 1972-1990, teaching kids about dinosaurs and giving live animal programs. During that time I joined the NC Fossil Club and served as treasurer from 1987-2015. My son and I have been on many digs, finding various fossils in NC, Florida, and even Nebraska.
From 1991-2012 I volunteered at the Duke Lemur Center cataloging and preparing fossils brought back from Egypt and Madagascar. I've been fortunate enough to continue skiing into my 70s with annual trips out west (happily being among the last off the mountain with my son).

Other memorable adventures over with years with family and friends: an Amazonian cruise coinciding with Halley's comet, a photographic safari in Kenya, trips to Greece and Rome, and recent hikes in Utah with Louis into Bryce Canyon and to the top of Angels Landing in Zion. Tennis every weekend with fossil digs keep me going throughout the year along with fossil exhibits at museums and schools.

Life is good!"
Trish has been at Pebble Creek since October 1980, and has had so many wonderful neighbors through the years. Pebble Creek, for Trish, is a very caring community of people looking out for each other during her 40 years of residency. Trish has even served as Secretary on the board. Trish's most recent fossil digs include North Carolina, Virginia, Nebraska, and South Dakota in 2019. Her main sport these days is tennis!
