Tennis Court Guidelines
It has not proven necessary to require tennis court reservations, but, as in other areas, residents’ needs must take priority over those of guests.
1. Regulation tennis shoes are required on the courts.
2. When guests are occupying a tennis court and residents are waiting to play, the guests shall give up use of the court to residents.
3. No skateboards or bikes are permitted on the courts.
4. Players must close and lock the gates on completion of play.
The Dog Park
The dog park is locked with a 4 digit numeric code. Contact Mark Malek if you did not get the code. There are several dog toys and a water bowl to use at the dog park. These are home owner donations - please leave them at the park. Also remember - use the dog park at your own risk!
Dog Park Makeover Proposal
Below is an image of the dog park makeover proposal. Underneath you will find links and descriptions of the materials needed along with a proposed budget for the project.

Picnic Tables
There will be four picnic tables around the parameter of the dog park. These tables will be there for people to gather and chat while looking after their pups. The proposal includes umbrellas to go over the picnic tables, providing shade, and allowing folks to sit outside and work while their pups play. Below is a link to the instructions for building these picnic tables.
Mulched Areas
The two large dark grey circles are 20 ft x 20 ft circular mulched areas surrounded by retaining wall blocks. These areas will be for pups to do their business. The black mulch will make it easier for the owners to pick up their poop and ensures that the courts don't get damaged.
Air Lock
This proposal also includes building an air lock at the gated entrance to the dog park. The air lock provides a place for dogs to safely meet and enter the dog park. This is a common feature for most parks like this. This air lock will also include hooks for leashes.
Other updates
Additional updates include adding a receptacle for doggy waste by the entrance of the park. The receptacle has a place for shared doggy bags and a trash can for waste control.
Another additional update is to build up another short wall along the larger wall on the backside of the park. Here we can plant some pet friendly greenery to add dimension and style to the space.
How much will this cost?
The picnic tables and air locks will be built by Mark and Josh. Mark and Josh also intend on building the mulched areas and doing the landscaping along the back edge. The only cost to the HOA would be for materials. Each table and umbrella will be about $250. The air lock will be about $50. The waste station is around $150. The mulched in areas are around $150 each. The remaining landscaping along the back wall is yet to be determined.
